You are what you eat!
This is the guiding motto of our Chef, George Catana. Inspired by his mother, a most awarded pastry chef in Romania, George had the first contact with cooking at the age of 14, three years later being the youngest cook at Il Giardino - Frankfurt. Following his passion for Mediterranean cuisine, in 1998 George moved to Italy, studying for another six years and cooking as Sous Chef in Rome. Since our opening in 2011, George and his team creates seasonal menus so you can enjoy a dinner with a view. Welcome!
